Maternity Baby Toddler Plus respects your personal privacy and will always treat your personal data as strictly confidential. The policy below explains how we use the data that you share with us when you contact us or use our services. Never will we sell or share your details with third parties for their mailing or marketing purposes.

Whenever you give us personal data, you are consenting to its collection and use in accordance with this privacy policy.

This privacy policy sets out how Maternity Baby Toddler Plus uses and protects any information that you give MBTP  when you use this website.

MBTP is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

MBTP may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page occasionally to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 10th September 2020. We do aim to collect as minimal information as possible, but we may collect the following:

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.

  • We may occasionally send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. This is another reason why we keep means of contact regarding your information to a minimum.

Cancellation ONLINE clients 

For in person, please refer to your booking form.

Participation in Remote or in person support in any part or in total by any person or third party is undertaken with the understanding by any persons or third party that no litigation or legal action whatsoever will be initiated or that no form of compensation or reimbursement or refund will be claimed or applied for at any time now or in the future against Maternity Baby Toddler plus. 

Cancellations from the client made less than 24 hours before the session date and time equal no reschedule  (unless in the case of an emergency cancellation) and no return of fees. You can of course,  rebook your session for the same fee at a later date. No show with no communication online clients can re book their session as if they are booking a new slot, please do bear in mind other clients could have used your slot and I am running a small business. 

By paying the fee, you agree to the above terms.
